- Licenses overview (Knowledge Base, 2026-05-08): the Remote Access licence is an endpoint-based, single-user licence to connect to a maximum of 3 remote devices from an unlimited number of devices; only the 3 receiving devices must be licensed. One channel with up to 3 sessions. Licensed endpoints can be changed up to 3 times per month, resetting on the 1st.
