- All about subscription (Knowledge Base, 2026-07-24): TeamViewer no longer offers perpetual licences; existing perpetual licences remain usable on the version for which they were purchased, including after cancelling a subscription, subject to the TeamViewer (Classic) Product Lifecycle Policy. EULA sec. B.2.10 limits the update obligation of perpetual holders to minor Release Versions.
