- Snowflake Terms of Service (last updated 2026-04-16) Section 7.2: if the customer terminates for Snowflake's uncured material breach, it is entitled to a refund of prepaid unused Fees for the Service; if Snowflake terminates for the customer's breach (including non-payment), the customer has no right to a refund and all outstanding payment obligations under all Order Forms become immediately due. Section 6.1: otherwise all payment obligations are non-cancelable and Fees non-refundable.
