- Capacity Platform Credit price = the Platform Credit Discount in the Order Form applied to the On Demand Platform Credit price for the Cloud Provider, Region and Edition; the discount does not apply to AI Credits. Purchased Capacity may be applied toward any of the customer's Accounts. Capacity AI Credit and storage prices follow ACV tiers (Tables 2(b), 3(a)); the Order Form tier controls; Additional Capacity Orders and rolled-over Capacity are excluded from the ACV calculation. Monthly statements of usage in arrears. Fees non-refundable (Terms of Service 6.1). Rollover eligibility and amounts are set by the Order Form, not published.
