- For any termination of this Agreement by Customer for cause in accordance with Section 7.2(a), Customer shall be entitled to a refund of any prepaid unused Fees for the Service purchased hereunder; for any termination of this Agreement by Snowflake for cause in accordance with Section 7.2(a), Customer shall have no right to any refund and all outstanding payment obligations under this Agreement (including, without limitation, all Order Forms) shall immediately become accelerated and due and payable upon the effective termination date.
