30-day Customer Data Retrieval Right after termination; all use remains payable

- Snowflake Terms of Service (last updated 2026-04-16) Section 7.3: on written notice the customer has up to 30 calendar days after termination or expiration to access the Service solely to retrieve Customer Data, during which the Agreement and Order Form continue; Snowflake then deletes Customer Data. The customer must delete Client Software and Documentation, and "shall pay for all of its use of the Snowflake Offerings" regardless of termination.
