- Archived General Terms and Conditions Schedule B §3.1 (purchases before 2025-10-24): excess usage is invoiced at then-current list rates or as set on the Ordering Document ("True-Up"), notwithstanding the limitation of liability. For Cloud-Hosted Software the customer may instead move up to the next Volume Limitations tier for the rest of the Term and pay the prorated incremental fees ("True-Forward"); if it does not, True-Up applies thirty days after the Notice Period.
