- Definition
- General Terms and Conditions (pre-2025-10-24) Schedule B §3.1: excess usage invoiced "at Rapid7’s then current list rates, or as otherwise set forth on the Ordering Document (“True-Up”)"; for Cloud-Hosted Software the customer may move up to the next Volume Limitations tier for the rest of the Term ("True-Forward").
- Commercial rules
- If the customer does not select True-Forward for a Cloud-Hosted Software overage, True-Up applies thirty days after the Notice Period. The current MSSA (from 2025-10-24) replaces this with a single mechanism: excess usage invoiced at then-current list rates for the applicable tier, prorated for the remainder of the Term.
- Applies to
- Purchases made before 2025-10-24 under the archived General Terms and Conditions.
