- PTC Support Services Terms and Conditions (Rev. July 2025): all licenses of the same general product category at a site, or supported by a common Customer IT organization, must be on the same Support Package (SILVER, GOLD or GOLDplus). If Support is elected for a Registered User product, all licenses of that product must be on Support, and renewing any product on a Support Sales Order Number requires renewing all products on it. Support orders cannot be cancelled after acceptance.
