- EULA General Terms, License Types: a Perpetual License entitles the user to use only the version for which it was obtained, and an OEM License only the version bundled with the OEM device. The BULA s.1 has the same rule unless a Support Agreement grants upgrade or downgrade rights. (effective 2026-04-01)
