- EULA "Assignment and Transfer": EEA users of Perpetual or OEM Licenses may resell the original copy if it was put on the EEA market with Parallels' consent, all own copies are made unusable and the buyer receives the information needed to determine proper use. Subscription licences may not be transferred without consent. (effective 2026-04-01)
