- BULA s.32.1: subscription licences may never be assigned; only fully paid perpetual licences with paid Support Services may be assigned in a sale, merger, reorganisation, privatisation or consolidation, after a licence transfer form and the transferee's written acceptance. s.32.2 allows resale of EEA perpetual licences.
