- PSRG: Workforce Identity Workflows, Okta Identity Governance and Identity Threat Protection are activated for all Users in an org where the feature is enabled, and the number of subscriptions bought must match the Universal Directory quantity. Workflows and Identity Governance customers also need a Single Sign-On licence for each Workflows administrator. (effective 2026-09-23)
