- Definition
- PSRG: "An Okta Workforce Identity User is an individual that uses the Okta Workforce Identity Service to access workforce application(s)". MSA s.1.21 defines Users as individuals "(including non-human devices, such as applications or services)" authorised by Customer and for whom a subscription has been procured.
- Counting rules
- Okta determines compliance from the count of User IDs in Universal Directory with any Active Status: Active, Recovery, Locked-Out, Password Expired or Suspended. Each User ID is counted separately, so a person with two user types (for example Teacher and Student) needs two subscriptions, and a User assigned to several non-sandbox orgs needs a User ID, and a subscription, in each org. Individual products narrow the count (for example Single Sign-On counts only Users with at least one assigned application).
- Floors / minimums
- Okta Workforce Identity: USD 1,500 annual contract minimum (pricing page). Suites are billed annually.
