- PSRG: Workflows activation is measured by the total number of Users (Workforce) or MAU per Year (Customer Identity) in an org in which at least one workflow is active; "The number of active workflows per org may not exceed the limit stated in the SKU."
- Counting rules
- Suites set the limit: Starter 5 flows, Essentials 50 (or 150/Maximum per Order Form), Professional and Enterprise Maximum flows. Up to 5 active workflows may be extended to Auth0 and count toward the limit.
