EULA s.10: on expiry or termination the licence ends unless it is perpetual and the licensee remains compliant; the licensee stops using and returns or destroys all copies and licence enablement keys. Late payment is a material breach; NetApp may terminate if a breach is not cured within 30 days. (effective 2024-12-01)
