- EULA and Software Services Agreement §6.1: N-able may, at its discretion, grant dollar-for-dollar Quantity Commitment relief against the monthly minimum spend when a Client representing at least 10% of revenue on the preceding monthly invoice is lost; not within 90 days of start or renewal, once per Term, with approved written evidence, effective the following month and without refunds or credits.
