- Commercial rules
- Usage above the commitment is charged at the Charged Price or, if none, the current list price (§6.1). Renewal terms include a new Quantity Commitment equal to the previous commitment plus 80% of Usage above it, taken from the last invoice sent 120 days or more before renewal. Changes that would reduce fees are not allowed during the term; relief may be considered once per Term for the loss of a Client representing at least 10% of revenue.
