- Warning violations escalate to Minor after 2 days, Major after 7 days and Critical after 14 days; System Lock follows 36 days after the event if over-allocation exceeds 5% of purchased licences or a Virtual Controller has not synchronized for more than six months. In System Lock all sets except attendant consoles are restricted to emergency, attendant and incoming calls.
