- Terms of Service §9.1 (effective 2021-09-01): unless an Order says otherwise, each Subscription Term renews for successive 12-month periods unless either party gives non-renewal notice at least 90 days before the end of the term. The pricing FAQ describes self-serve plans as auto-renewing and asks customers to cancel before the renewal date.
