- Authorized Users are uniquely named natural persons who are employees of the customer, employees of entities more than 50% owned by the customer (Authorized Entities), employees of Contractors performing services for them, or students, faculty or teachers for Academic Purposes. Use is limited to the internal business purposes of the customer or an Authorized Entity, or Academic Purposes.
