- Customers must keep records to verify compliance and certify compliance in writing on request. With reasonable notice Minitab may audit, at its expense, during the term and for one year after. Unlicensed use must be licensed at then-current pricing from the date it began; if material unlicensed use (e.g. a shortage of 5% or more) is found, the customer reimburses verification costs and buys licences within 30 days. A clean audit means no further verification of that entity for at least one year.
