- GTC s.1.1: unless the Service Schedule defines another measure, the usage quantity of every Mimecast Service is the number of Permitted Users, meaning end users authorized by the customer or a Customer Affiliate to access and use the Services. The metric counts authorized users, not active mailboxes; the Service Schedule overrides it for DMARC Analyzer (domains) and Brand Exploit Protect (domains and takedowns).
