- Statement
- Incydr User licenses KB: all active users require an annual user licence. Backup users associated with archives, and deactivated users whose archives are in cold storage, consume a licence; the local administrator, evaluation users, and users whose archives have expired or been purged do not. If the backup agent is installed per user on a device, each user on that device needs a separate licence. (KB article undated; as published on 2026-09-30.)
