- Unless the Quote says otherwise, Subscription Services automatically renew for periods equal to the prior Subscription Term (a 36-month term renews for 36 months) unless the customer gives written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term. Channel purchases renew with the Channel Partner on the same basis. Professional Services do not renew.
