- KnowBe4 reserves the right to monitor the customer's usage of the Subscription Services and may provide usage reports. On request the customer must certify its compliance with the seat and usage provisions of s.3.2. The Terms contain no on-site audit clause; compliance is verified from platform data and self-certification.
