- Statement
- A User is an individual authorized by the customer, for whom a subscription was purchased and who has a unique organizational email address on a domain the customer owns. Seats may only be assigned to users with unique business-domain addresses that the customer owns or is authorized to use. Shared mailboxes and personal addresses are therefore not a way to extend seats.
