- SLASA s.7(a)-(b): the customer may not transfer, rent, lend or sublicense the Software or make it available to third parties, or use it to perform services for third parties on a service bureau, SaaS or time-sharing basis. MSP use for other organisations therefore needs a separate arrangement with Jamf.
