Jamf

Jamf makes device management, identity and security software for Apple devices, including Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect and Jamf School. Products are sold as subscriptions priced by number of devices and/or users under the Jamf Software License and Services Agreement.

  1. Jamf grants a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to use Product Offerings during the Subscription Term, only for the customer's internal business purposes.[1]

  2. Product Offerings may carry User or Device quantity limits set in the Quote or Order; if they are exceeded, Jamf works with the customer to order more or reduce use, and may suspend access if the customer does not comply.[2]

  3. A Device is a customer device, including Apple iOS, iPadOS, macOS or tvOS devices; for user-based licensing, User excludes end users of shared devices used by several employees, such as shift workers.[3]

  4. Customers may create one instance of the software in non-production environments to support internal business purposes.[4]

  5. Business pricing lists Jamf for Mac at $12.50 per macOS device per month and Jamf for Mobile at $5.75 per mobile device per month, both billed annually with a 25-device minimum.[5]
