- CPDS 39.2 (effective 2026-09-11), MDM SaaS Unconsolidated Records packaging: the subscription includes daily record updates (create, update, delete) of up to 0.5% of the Unconsolidated Records subscribed for Production, real-time and batch combined. Initial batch loads and new source onboarding in batch are exempt. Consolidated Records subscriptions carry the same 0.5% limit.
