Quarterly Review overage leads to an additional token order

Statement: Universal DDI Addendum section 7: Infoblox may conduct Quarterly Reviews of average monthly usage. If a review shows an overage, Infoblox works with the customer to reduce usage; failing that, on request the customer must promptly sign an Order for additional Tokens covering the excess, and entitlements increase prospectively.
