- Idera MSLA s.13: Idera may gather licence usage data, including licence key numbers, server IP addresses, user email addresses and domain counts; the customer may not block it. On written request the customer must certify, within ten business days, the licences installed, used or accessed and where. The rights survive termination by 18 months.
