- Product Specific Terms s.3.3.2: contacts can be set from non-marketing to marketing at any time, but changes to non-marketing only take effect on the first day of the next month or the renewal date, whichever comes first. The Knowledge Base gives the update date as the renewal day each month for monthly subscriptions and the first of the month for yearly ones.
