- MLA s.3.1: HCLSoftware grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable licence without the right to sublicense, to install, access and use the Programs in the Territory, up to the Licensed Capacity, only for internal business purposes, for the term in the Order, and in accordance with the Documentation, License Information Document and Order.
