- MLA s.11: HCLSoftware may audit use, including software logs of the Licensee, Affiliates and Authorized Users, no more than once per 12-month period, with 15 calendar days notice, at its own cost, remotely or on site; unauthorised usage is paid at HCLSoftware's then list price; audit rights survive two years beyond the longer of the term licence, perpetual licence or Agreement.
