- GitHub General Terms §1.3 (Version: March 2025): for GitHub's cloud offerings a Subscription License gives access to only one cloud service at a time, such as GitHub.com or an enterprise-managed environment in GitHub Enterprise Cloud. An End User who needs several cloud environments at the same time, for example a US-based and a Europe-based enterprise, needs a separate Subscription License for each.
