Renewals start the day after expiry, back-dated up to 180 days

- Service Terms s.5.3: to keep a continuous service period, a Renewal Service Contract starts on the calendar day after the previous contract expired. If the renewal is registered more than 180 days after expiry, its start date is set to 180 days before the actual registration date. A lapsed period of up to 180 days is therefore paid for even though no service was received.
