- FortiGuard ordering guide (4 May 2026): all bundles include FortiCare Premium technical support with 24x7x365 availability, and base update services (application control, inline CASB definitions, GeoIP, ISDB, PSIRT check and others) come with every FortiCare contract. Elite support is an add-on to a bundle. Bundles are one SKU per device model.
