- FortiFlex service offerings: only customer-owned FortiGate hardware without services already attached can be added to FortiFlex, and the Continuous Service Policy does not apply to FortiFlex entitlements. FortiAP, FortiSwitch and FortiExtender entitlements must stay active at least 30 days after creation; FortiSASE entitlements have a 90-day minimum term.
