- FortiFlex administration guide: points are calculated daily on PST/PDT days from the number of CPUs and service package; entitlements can be changed any number of times per day, but the largest CPU size and service package of the day is charged. Points are not calculated while an entitlement is stopped, even if the VM is still running. Each VM needs its own licence token.
