- Enterprise Agreement E512S (2026-08-21), Section 8: a commercial customer must notify Esri of a merger, acquisition or divestiture (Ownership Change). The EA Fee does not decrease. A divested part must return or destroy EA Products, and the EA may not be assigned to a successor without Esri's written approval.
