- This EA sets forth the terms and conditions for Customer's use of EA Products, Rolled-In Software, Unit-Priced Items, provision of Esri User Conference registrations, Training, and Services as specified herein and in the EA Addendum. The rights granted in this EA apply only to the EA Products listed in the EA Addendum.
- Commercial rules
- E512S 2.1 and 2.4: license to use, copy and Deploy EA Products up to the quantities in the EA Addendum for the EA term; deployment limited to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands); Authorized Entities (qualifying Affiliates or Eligible Agencies) may use EA Products. 3.1: EA Maintenance included in the EA Fee. 5.2: on expiration after full payment, perpetual licenses of Deployed EA Products in the final Deployment Report and Rolled-In Software continue under the Master Agreement; no further Deployment; term and subscription licenses terminate. 5.3: an all-term EA ends all use at termination.
