- Enterprise Agreement E512S (2026-08-21), Section 8.3: if Customer or an Authorized Entity merges with or acquires part of another entity, Esri may increase the EA Fee in proportion to the anticipated increase in Deployments, or terminate the EA and negotiate a new one. Deploying to an acquired entity needs an amendment and a fee increase first.
