- Enterprise Agreement E512S (2026-08-21), Section 7.2: at each anniversary date and 90 calendar days before expiration, Customer gives Esri a written Deployment Report of all Deployments. On request, Customer provides records sufficient for Esri to verify it. The final Deployment Report fixes which perpetual licenses survive expiration (Section 5.2).
