- Enterprise Agreement E512S (2026-08-21), Section 5.1: optional years in the EA Addendum are exercised by written notice to Esri Customer Service 60 calendar days before the end of the current year. With more than one optional year, each must be exercised consecutively or the EA expires. Unused Training Pass days expire each year.
