- Falcon Complete Limited Warranty (effective 2026-01-08) §3 and §7.3: the Customer must notify CrowdStrike of an Incident no later than three days after the Attack Date and has fifteen days from that notice to submit a Reimbursement Request. The warranty runs for the Subscription Term of the Required Products; termination of the Customer Agreement terminates the warranty. Payments accrue towards any liability cap in the Customer Agreement (§7.2).
