- Online Order and Payment Terms §2.b and §2.c: after the initial term, the Order renews automatically unless either party terminates or cancels the upcoming renewal; for terms of 12 months or more CrowdStrike emails a renewal reminder at least 60 days and a follow-up at least 30 days before renewal.
