- Online Order and Payment Terms §3.b: the Customer may terminate at any time by email; termination within 30 days of the start of the term earns a full refund for that term, except month-to-month subscriptions; after 30 days there is no refund, and month-to-month subscriptions get no refund but continue to the end of the term.
