- License Program Guide Appendix C: fair-use upper bounds include 100 GB or less per user for M365, Google Workspace, Salesforce and Dynamics, 500 GB and three devices per Endpoint user, AD accounts up to five times heartbeats, and AirGap recovery of 5% (Infrequent) or 1% (Archive) of purchased capacity per month on a rolling 12-month average.
