- Counting rules
- Each licence covers up to five devices (software) or three devices (SaaS) per user. Endpoints without a defined owner count under the documentation as an Endpoint Users licence each (or, per the Guide, may be treated as a non-virtual operating instance). Each user of a shared device counts separately. Laptop clients are excluded from capacity.
